Neu Technologies Group’s (NTG) AV and VTC Installation/Implementation Services

and Maintenance Support Services technical approach/methodology is a proactive

approach, and is created with the understanding that our customer’s services needs and

requirements rarely fit into one strategy and approach. That is why our

installation/implementation and support services technical approach/methodology is

structured to deliver business value just as readily through a continuous series of steps as

through individual phases. In any installation and support services circumstance, NTG

will address the problem at hand, while also factoring in other influential environmental

and operational factors, to:


• Deliver a full-lifecycle of installation/implementation and support services activities while    also focusing on continuous improvement;

• Recognize installation/implementation and support services dependencies by taking a    broad view of the AV/VTC infrastructure environment; and

• Provide for multiple installation/implementation and support services profiles and

  alternatives that address the specific business need in accordance with varying degrees    of capability, cost, and risk constraints.
