NAVFAC: MOBILE COMMAND POST VEHICLE
Neu Technologies Group recently awarded contract to upgrade satellite telecommunications of Mobile Command Post Vehicle to enable the NAVFAC to respond quickly to emergency situations and provide a local/on-site presence during disaster events.
Upon completion of the satellite telecommunications upgrade (providing both BGAN and KU-Band communications) NAVFAC immediately deployed the Mobile Command Post Vehicle to New Orleans for Hurricane Isaac recovery purposes.
